Holy shit! I have the same truck in black, I had no idea KBB was that much for these. GL man, the TBSS is a beast, but nothing like a Lightning.

You will have to find a very special buyer for that. TBSS prices have really dropped. Many with your mileage are only getting around $18k. Take a look at the classifieds over at TBSSOWNERS.com Forums.
I had a 2007 TBSS 3SS AWD that I sold to buy my 2010 CTS-V and it had 47,000 miles on it... I got 23,500 for it and I felt like I got way more than it was worth.

You will more than likely be stuck trading even for the Lightning or having to add cash to it yourself. Value has plummeted on TBSS's for some reason.
