Looking to sell or trade for a 96-98 Cobra in similar condition. Will sell for $8,700 or $7,000 without the CCWs.
I am located in Durham NC, I will work with someone in SC or VA. I am looking for a local sale/trade, I do not want to travel the east coast for a trade.

Details on the car
2002 Chevrolet Camaro Maroon Metallic Z28, was an original Hurst 6 spd car converted to automatic. 99k miles, garage kept. The car has a salvage title, I rear ended someone 3 years ago. I was shocked it was totaled, it had damage to the front bumper, hood and passenger fender. I bought the car back from insurance and had it professionally repaired. At this time I added the SS parts. The paint on this car is perfect, I paid $1700 just to have the bumper, fender and hood painted and blended. You cannot tell the car has been wrecked. The pictures reflect this.

Exterior: 9.5/10 The paint on this car is perfect, no dings, dents or scratches.
OEM SS hood, SS Spoiler, SS emblems & SLP SS Grill.
Interior: 8.5/10 Cloth, full interior including back seats in good condition.
Engine: Original LS1 (cam only) has 99k miles, RPM5 cam (238/242 589/612 114+4), Hedman Torkstep Longtubes with bullets, Fast 90, Edelbrock 90mm TB, 85mm MAF, SLP Lid, Powerbond 25% UD pulley, A/C Delete.
Built TH350 auto trans, Yank 4000 Stall, Hurst Quarterstick, Deep pan, F250 Trans Cooler, Spohn control arms, UMI torque arm, etc
Stock rear with 3.42s
CCW Classic Drag Pack(polished), 16x3.5 fronts, 16x10 rears, Hoosier Drag Radials.

The car was tuned by Mayhem Motorsports in Sept and dynoed 395rwhp.
I took the car to the track in Oct and ran 7.5@97 with a 1.67 60'

Here are a few I snapped with my phone in my driveway with the CCW Drag Pack (Current)

That's my favorite color in the 93-02 camaro. Usually they don't have the ss spoiler or hood. Car looks great.

This is one of the rarest colors right? Isn't is maple red metallic?

Bump for a pretty car

In 02 it was called monterey maroon metallic, almost identical to maple red metallic.

Thanks for the compliments!

clean looking car...but, 99,000 miles, r title, changed trans, and not a real SS. Sorry but its not worth 3500 let alone $7000.

Don't do it. I sold my LS1 car (cam only 440rwhp, built th350, everything BMR) for a NA 01 Cobra and woke up each morning and punched myself in the dick to start my day. I miss my Z28 so much!
