The car is totally stock except for tinted windows, and magnaflow exhaust

The paint is in good shape exept for a whole in the front bumper from where someone backed into me and 4 small holes next to the steering wheel where a small tach was located

The car runs good and there are no mechanical problems
The car has never been wrecked its just painted like that by a previous owner

why is the hood, side scoops, and wing painted black?

and I dont know why its painted black it was like that when i bought it, hasnt ever been wrecked though
