WTF Idle problem?

Im posting for a friend about his 1994 Mustang GT.

His car runs runs good except for an high idle, his car idles at 2000 rpm's, and he just swapped ECU's from my car, checked for vacuum leaks, checked idle air control and the problem still persists, if you guys have any idea on what could be wrong, id appreciate it.

Sounds like the mass air to me...

we also switch the mass air from another 94 gt that was running fine... no change, its still running at 2k rpms

My 91 gt used to idle high no matter what I did. I finally bought a new throttle body for it and the problem went away. Hope this helps.
