WTB: what would be a fair offer?

His asking price is pretty good. I would offer 26.5 and see if he will take that. But for an 04 with less then 15k miles anything around 26-28 is pretty good.
looks like are real tight price. I would jump on it but Im not in the market till next spring. I'd offer 27k
