Wtb : Water adapter to lower intake bolts

In search of those 4 bolts that bolt up the water outlet or adapter to the lower intake into the intercooler. ..these 4 bolts should complete my Eaton swap I currently almost done with. ..hopefully someone can help me out. ..pm me with cost shipped to 48094..
