WTB: Terminator Spoiler with UNCRACKED 3rd brake light

Looking for a Terminator spoiler, preferably with an UNCRACKED 3rd brake light. If you could throw in a deck lid too that would be great, but it's not necessary.
Needs to be shipped unless you live close to Illinois.
