I wouldn't use a set of used lash adjuster in one of these engines. You're asking for problems

Ford Racing sells a complete set cheap enough to replace them with new parts. The FRPP part number is M-6500-GT. Doing a quick Google search I found this set of $228.58. You may be able to find them for less as I only looked at the first link that popped up
