WTB SCT xcal 2 or 3

Does anybody in the MD area have a used unlocked SCT Xcal 2 or 3 i could purchase? I want to ditch this diablo chip and put an SCT tune in my car and figured i would try and get a used tuner before i buy a new one.
Oh BTW its for a 1999 cobra
