WTB: Reichard Racing 2.70" or smaller Whipple pulley

As the title states, I am looking to buy a smaller upper pulley to generate at least 21-22 psi from my 2.3 Whipple (w/ stock lower pulley assembly.) Let me know what you have. Needs to be in near-new condition.
