WTB. radio or NAV SAT. ASAP

pls i hate driving with no radio and im already running out of songs in my iphone. any one has a stock radio for an 07-09 shelby or a SAT NAV would be nice. Also does any one knows if expeditions. f150 and fusion SAT NAVs works on mustangs. they seem very interchangable. thanbks
