I need fuel pumps. I hear the pumps humming when I turn the ignition to the "on" position without starting the cobra.

I need fuel pumps for my 03 cobra....Anyone have a few? My car is also cutting out after 4500 rpm's....Idle fine, run fine, until WOT at 4500. Runs out of fuel. I already have changed my mass air, fuel filter, spark plugs, and my fuel pressure rail senser. and I now run a BBK off-road x-pipe because initially I thought it was the cats going bad. I finally heard noise in the pumps! It's gotta be the pumps! lol...:??:
