WTB: Auxiliary Idler

I have the billetflow 2.76 upper pulley and I am having belt slip while trying to get it dyno tuned. I need an aux idler pulley.. local to Missouri would be great but shipping is possible as well. The sooner the better, I assume I need a longer belt too?
If I can't find one here I can just buy new.
Let me know what you have and how much you want for it.
Including hardware would be great.
