I had a 97 Cobra and sold her in 2012. Since then it has changed hands a few times, then was bought by a young man just 10 minutes from me. About 3 weeks ago, a lady ran a stop sign and he t-boned her in the Cobra. I have since bought the car back with plans to either repair her, or use her as a donor on a restomod project. Just to see if the Cobra was repairable, I took it to a local dealership and had them take a look. Apparently the front has been damaged all the way into the firewall, although it still runs like a champ.
So since the Cobra I have now is not repairable, I thought I'd see if anyone had a Cobra roller they would like to sell so I could transplant the driveline to a good body, and get this Ol' girl back on the road. I'm in Fla, so I would prefer to find one in the southeast. She is a vert, but I'm open to hard tops and convertibles. Thanks.
