WTB 8.8 31 spline trac-lok differential

I bought an '03 IRS to swap into my '98 cobra and figured I'd pull the diff out, replace the bearings & clutches while it was easy access on the bench. When I pulled the bearings off the carrier I noticed the last guy that was in there (4:10's installed) cut the old races off the carrier and with a grinding wheel and ended up cutting into the carrier itself. One of the bearings has spun on the carrier and the other is egg shaped.

Long story short the spider gears are in good shape, I have a brand new carbon clutch & master bearing set here. If anyone has a 31 spline carrier that they want to get rid of, even if it is just the housing or needs rebuilt. Let me know.

Somebody has to have a stock 31 spline diff laying around they've swapped out with a Torsen, Eaton, Auburn, spool, etc??

This is the route that I went when I rebuilt my IRS. by the time you rebuild a old diff you're getting to around this same price.
