I need 2 of either size with at least 50% tread left. I don't want drag tires. I need them to be good for wet weather conditions and I would like them as cheap as you can do shipped. Local to Michigan would be ideal. If I can get a military discount then that would be awesome. Buying new ones are not possible at the moment so I need to save as much as possible. Thanks.
