WTB: 18" CCW/Fikse/Kinesis/HRE/TF Wheels

I am looking for a set of 18" wheels for my 2003 GT. I would like them to be easy fitment..no rolling...no spacers and fit as close to flush as possible.

I am looking for wheels with tires with 75% or better remaining life.

I have cash in hand and am located in Buffalo NY. So I would drive as far as Cleveland OH, Pittsburgh PA, Albany NY to pick up, otherwise I will pay for shipping.

Prefer a polished or chrome look with a fair amount of lip out back, but will consider other available options.

For the $ you are asking, I would rather have something that I can just bolt on and enjoy. They are great looking but I dont want to have to take them apart and redo them before I can mount them and enjoy them.
