Don't waste your time and money. I went through 3 of the stock units in 2 years. Switched to a NAPA gold and no problems since.

I got a DB Electric 220 Amp one that is way better than the stocker.

The NAPA ones suck. Just put a 3.2 and it went out.

Anyone still have a stocker?

Just call tousley and talk to steve $151 for a motorcraft 130 amp. They come with a year warrenty so if it messes up just send it back.

Im not sure if i would buy a alt off line. Im on my 4th or 5th one. lost track of how many and yes they were motorcraft alts. i would buy a new one from around town. i also have tried the 3.2 pulley with no luck.
