WTB: 03/04 Cobra Less Than 75K Miles Under $17K

I am looking for a 2003/04 Cobra with less than 75,000 miles and under $17,000.
Preferably a coupe but would also consider a vert in any color and as close to TN as possible so I could see the car in person before committing to anything. Thanks!
