Looking to buy a clean 03-04 cobra looking to spend $15-18k I live in Indiana but willing to travel to surrounding states Thanks

I have one I would consider to sell for around 19 ish. Or maybe a little less.. It has 79,000 but aftermarket exhaust tires ported throttle body etc. inter cooler it's clean.
