Our written warnings get entered into our in-house system and tracked depending on reason for the warning. The person also gets a carbon copy.
Like I was nice enough to give a 5 day warning to correct defect to a gentleman on his defective muffler and headlamp, he decieded to blow it off and not take it seriously even though I told him twice we checked up on our warnings. Now he owes the state of wisconsin $300 some dollars. And to think, all he had to do was get a new $5 bulb, and get the hole that he drilled in the muffler to make it sound "cool" covered.
