I was headed home from work, literally just pulled out of the dealership parking lot, and headed home. I had a green light and about midway through the intersection a guy headed south bound (I was headed N) in a 2500 ram with a brushguard decided to turn left because he claims he didnt see me and hit the car.

I'm trying to feel your pain hustler. I would have wrapped that clown up on the scene. They would have been bringing a coroner van along with the tow truck. Buy a new and better one to ease the pain.
