The frame damage and surrounding damge. Im assuming the insurance company declared it a total loss, because it would cost more to repair than its worth. Thatsw why he probably selling it. He most likely bought the car back and is trying to turn around and sell it for a profit.

It has a clear title. Says so on the page.

However, he hasnt posted pics of the actual damage so I wouldnt buy it.

it doesnt make any sense then. Why wouldnt he have insurance pay for it then? I cant beleive that the car only had liabilty on it.

Theres pics of the damage to the undercarriage...How would he go about taking pics of the frame damage without tearing the car apart?

If you flew out there to look the car over that'd be one thing, but I woulnd't buy it blind only based on, that you have NO idea what could be getting into.
