Would this exhaust fit a 97 cobra? (dumped exhaust off an irs cobra)

It was originally off a new IRS cobra but its been dumped. The offset pattern is different but would it fit? What would need to be changed?

it looks like the flanges would bolt right up. Don't think you would have any problems with the off set unless you put tail pipes on it. Probably only thing you would need to change is the things that hold it up.





What are they? Flows?
