would the stock tune be good?

so ill be demodding the truck and was thinking if i bought some stock injectors and put them on with the stock pulleys then i wouldnt have to get a new tune, just upload the stock one. my question is, is it possible to run the stock tune with stage 2 cams and ported heads installed? ill just need the truck running enough to drive to the paint booth and to the dealership to trade it in. if not ill just have to pay for a new tune is all for the stock boost level.

yea i have 60's. was thinking of pulling them off and getting someones stock ones to go back in plus some cash. would save me money for the new tune.
