My buddy has seen his AFR @ 10.9-11.1 @ WOT on his Turbo Coyote & Pump Gas, is this healthy and normal? If not where should he be at WOT? Thanks,

That seems plenty safe. Seems to me like it's nice and fat, but not at the point where you need to be concerned with cylinder wash.
Definitely safe. I was around 11.5 on 91 with my turbo.
