By a judge are reversable only if "clearly erroneous". That is a mighty tough hurdle and, like prior post, if "trial" or "traffic" hearing wasn't recorded, your pretty much waisting your time...and your money. If I read the post correctly, you're not even at a stage where you can appeal. In this type of case, generally, i.e. expressly provided for by statute, you can only appeal when case is over. You were at an arraignment hearing and where the ONLY issues are 1) the judge advises you of charges and, 2) do you plea "guilty" or "not guilty".

In GA we have pre-trial motion hearings to discuss everything else. Not having checked your statutes on this issue, we, in GA, can ask city/county traffic court to forward case [bind case over] to the State court at the arraignment/initial hearing and then defendant has access to jury trial...but increased punishment too.
