Workout routine, i cant figure this out!!

Ok, ive been working out for about a month now, and im losing weight, i went from about 180 to 170, but my problem is im struggling to get a good routine where i can eat before and after my workout and all. i workout with 2 other guys and we all compete with each other and push each other which really helps get me going. we usually go workout around 3:30, well i work 3rd shift and i get off at 7am, i go to bed at 8am, and i set my alarm for 2:30 and wake up and get a shower and get ready and go, if i eat anything it just makes me sick at my stomach because ive just woke up. i really need to eat something before i go workout...can anyone help me?! its really hard on 3rd to eat right and all because everything is backwards. thanks.
