On the farm I work on, some people have houses and some have houses
With utilities paid depending on their position. Houses are a first come first serve basis and I am next in line but I feel that through fairness those without and in a foreman role such as I am, should be compensated more then the 200 dollar (before tax) housing allowance that we get. I kind of see it as comparing 200 vs 800 house plus 150+ elec and 50 water.

Anything legally that I can bring up ?

Bring it up to your employer and see whats up. Do this first. Then you could check with the labor dept in your area. If you bring in the labor dept against your employer good luck keeping your job. Being that the housing is on a first come first serve basis I doubt you have a case.
