Perhaps fuel rail pressure? Top-front of engine driver-side.
It's part of the harness. We have another 03 here that does not have this plug as part of the harness.

I have this on my 03. was wandering as well. I wish it wasn't there because when you tighten the valve cover up it still leaves a gap for water to seep in
Where does it plug into though?
It goes to the pcv on the driver valve cover.

It's your heated PCV
Connects to the lower portion of the PCV
