Wired 2 relay Trans brake but won't work right .. Tune or not

Got the t brake installed and when tested the T brake will hold fine till 3200 rpm then it bounces around like it hits a limit. It's a 5C converter car and I'm lost . Will a log even show anything on something like this or anyone have this problem
