Will the 18 inch wheels off a 2007 gt fit the shelby ?

Off the top of my head, no. I believe the larger front Shelby rotors will interfere with the GT wheel. It should be noted 13 & 14's have even larger rotors. I'm not at all sure about the rears, but I understand the calipers are the same as the GT, but again the later Shelby rotors are larger. Someone with more expertise will chime in with the exact info you seek.
