Theres somethin wrong with my passeneger side window, every moth about there is this brown rusty lookin drip down my window. its not very big, you can hardly notice it, but i cant get it the **** off! i tried wax/tar remover and all that did was take out some of the color, then i tried to scrape it with a razor, and it feels like there is an indent in it. Garage kept whole life, and NEVER seen rain or snow, so i dont know what this is, anyone?

Sounds like a classic case of Window Syphilis. I'd get it checked right away.
Have you washed the car with water?
