Window electrical problem

Anyone have a clue of why my windows won't go up with the key turned forward but they will with it to the back? The radio, windshield wipers, convertible top, defrost and windows won't work unless the key is turned to the back accesories position? Help please

Dirty contact in the key switch? Bad relay?

That's what I was thinking! I have looked every where online on how to remove the ignition switch but all I'm getting is 65-93 results.. I can't find the 99-04 anywhere and I have been looking for three days! Probably just me not searching in the right places

Disconnect battery, Turn ignition to run position, insert a 1/8th inch punch or drift into access hole on bottom of column cover directly under ignition switch, while pushing up on punch pull switch out.
