So I recently moved to wenatchee for a job as an EMT.

2 Days Ago, we had winds of up to 150 MPH. The fire department had over 800 calls in 5 hours, and ran to 122 different locations. Most of them being downed power lines. Which is where I really got pissed. I had no power for 2 1/2 days. It was 53 degrees in my Apartment. The fridge was totally full of food, now all spoiled. And I lost 2 fish in my new tank. Not so bad, except our block happened to be between 2 blocks, which had power. Quite the week so far. Sorry, Just needed to vent...

We just went through the same thing here. No power for 7 days, woke up one morning it was 42 downstairs.

That sucks, shoulda stayed here, and worked with me at AMR. When our power went out a few weeks ago it was only out for like 16 hours. Luckily I was able to save my tank (about 25 fish) by doing small water changes with hot water to keep the temps up.

yeah i actually ended up getting out the white gas camping stove and poured hot water into the fish tank lol.
