Will This Offset Work for The Front?

Hey guys i'm about to purchase some new 18s all the way around. My question pertains to the front.

The wheels i'm looking at are 18x9.5 with a 38 offset being the lowest they offer.

The calculator I used says this will put the wheel 18mm closer to the strut tower. (roughly 3/4 inch) than my current setup (17x9 +26) will this cause horrible rubbing issues? Will I be okay with this? Anyone had a similar offset/wheel combo?

I'm trying to gather information before I make the purchase.

Thanks SVTP:rockon:

you should be fine.i run a 19x9.5 in the front with a 35/6mm offset i believe, and a 20x10.5 in the rear with same offset.
fronts turn lock to lock no problems. and im lowered on H&Rs
