Will this fit on my car?

I know you guys get this question all the time, but I've been looking for one of these and I need to know if you guys think/know this will fit on my '01 Cobra.

I have BBK Longtubes with a short catted H and a flowmaster cat back. I want to swap out the catted H for this one. It says 99-04 Mustang though, does this make a difference as its just the midpipe for longtubes?

The ebay wouldn't pull up, but as long as it's an H pipe for longtubes then yes it'll fit.

That looks like a shorty o/r H pipe, so it will fit.
