From K&N's website:
This filter is designed to screw directly into threaded Ford valve covers. Filter dimensions: 3" O.D. Chrome top

Also, I couldn't find anything at autozone that would work to close the hole to the air intake and upper intake. What did you guys use?

those will work. at AutoZone. they sell those vaccum cap's. i think there in a orange lil box, there black rubber plugs. should be near the glue and all that crap, just ask them ..

I tried to find them, the kid said he had none that would fit.

Can somebody post a picture so I know what I'm looking for.

They sell them in the help section of the store. Find an old guy that works there and ask him.

I skip the young ones. I don't like giving a year for 302 headgaskests.

Where are you putting the breather in? drivers or passengers? It should work for both right?

My CAI doesn't have a hookup for it. I love my JLT.

yes you can run breathers on both sides. i to also got the ones that slide into the vavle cover. the vacuum caps are just lil rubber nipple kinda things. ill try and get a pic of it for you
