Will These Wheels Fit?

Hi gents

Im looking into getting a cobra vert and I have an easy question. Will the following wheels fit? I have a brand new set lying around.

18x10 +35
18x11 +45

They are forgestar cf5s that I had made for another car (now sold thanks to a 6 months production time)

I think they might fit with a 15-20 mm spacer?

Never used a spacer so that makes me a little nervous

Good quality hub-centric spacers would be fine, but you will need to run them for sure. As for the front, I'm not sure about 10", I'm currently running 9.5" with coil-over + 275 tires and it was hard to get them not to rub the spring and the wheel is protruding the fender a little.
