Will these wheel fit???

Okay people I really need some help here. I love these wheels but am not sure if the will fit my 03 Cobra or not, they will fit an 05 Mustang. Also any opinions on if you like them also. I have to be positive that they fit so please make sure you know your stuff. Thanks
Specs are:

Brand : STERN ST-1

Bolt pattern : 5 x 114.3

Size : 18 x 8.5(front) & 18 x 9.5(rear)

Offset : 20mm(front) & 25mm(rear)

Lip size : 2.5" (front) & 3" (rear)

The chart indicates they're for Mustangs from 2005 and newer. While the bolt patterns for the 03 Cobra and the 2005 and newer Mustangs are the same, the offsets are different. Thus, these wheels will not fit properly on your car.
