Will these catted mid-pipes pass an emmissions test?

I recently installed the Borla stingers on my 04 Cobra and I'm already used of it and now I want it louder. The MRT catted H-pipe is the choice I'm going to make but I want to know if they "ll pass a sniff test. Would it be louder is what i'm hoping for or is it a waste of time. Also would I have to get the predator to retune the computer after installing a catted mid-pipe?

I would assume it will pass the sniff test because it has cats. It is quite a bit louder than the stock h. I have this setup on my 04 cobra and it is so loud I really couldn't imagine an off road mid being alot louder. I like a loud exhaust and this combo fits the bill.
