Just go with the setup I have and you will have no problem.But I am sure the setup you want will or can be made to fit. I am just showing this as an alternative...thats all

like said above yes it will but I cussed at mine for a while to get it in...lol. Def. a super tight fit, I had to kinda push the side of the k&n housing to get all the bolt holes aligned.
