im thinking of picking up a 94-95 v6 car to swap everything from my 96 cobra over are all the bolt holes for the k member the same?

if you're asking if the k-member from your cobra will fit in the 94/95, then yes.

if your asking if the 94/95 k-member will work with the 4v, then no. k-members are year specific
