Since I have the KB on my 03 and my Eaton sitting in my garage collecting dust, I was wondering if the Eaton will fit onto the Expedition? Anyone know if this will work? What would need to be done?
Well you will need an intercooler first off and then you will have to figure out how to spin the blower off of the crank. If you want to boost youre Expedition then just buy a kit.
Your intake plenum would be looking to the left instead of to the right as is on the Expy. All you would need is an intercooler and intake manifold from Kar Kraft.com. Might have to back off on the boost also, non forged and higher compression pistons on the 5.4. Copy someone with a Lightning.
