Will magnaflow catback off a 99GT fit my 96 Cobra?

Just what the subject says, will it fit, it is that regular catback not the magnapack. The reason i ask is cause a friend will sell it to me for 250 cause he is getting the new borla system. Better than the $500 or so for the new one.

If I recall it should work except you may have to fabricate the rear hangers and where they line up. I saw a post somewhere else a while back and that was what had to happen. Good Luck.
