Jason (undrpresr) had mentioned I had to take off the pullies (of course) and FIPK intake to get warranty, but I'm wondering why the intake needs to come off? Doesn't seem like a mod that ford could claim caused a problem.

Unfortunately I didn't save (or simply can't find) the little spacer piece that goes after the MAF piece and before the stock filter holding piece, so I wasn't able to remove the FIPK.

Only mods on the car are exhaust, shifter, and FIPK. The dealership knows about the exhaust and shifter and asked if there were pullies, but didn't ask about anything else. Think they will rough me up about the FIPK?

It shouldn't. I've had my car into a couple of different dealerships(before Jason finnally fixed it for me) and nobody ever said a thing about the airfilter/catback. Those are the only two mods on my car, and I dind't feel like pulling them. Never heard a word about it.....
