Will Bassani Mufflers Fit In Magnaflow Catback?

I tried searching...

I polished my Magnaflow catback and want to switch the mufflers to Bassani. Will they bolt in or is it something that requires cutting and welding?

Magnaflows are tack welded on flow pipes due to their offset and that weld needs to be broken. Other than that, should be OK.
