Aside from the obvious like intake manifold, timing cover, cam covers, and water pump, does anything else have to be swapped out?

The cam timing system is different on the 2015, the 2014 PCM might not be able to control the cams. The 2014 PCM definitely can't control the IMRC, the tables aren't there(at least in HP Tuners). The 2015 PCM is completely different, it isn't the copperhead, it's the Tri-Cor. The plugs might be different on the engine harness, you might have to repin everything on the harness into a 2014 style PCM connector. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

EDIT: You want to swap the 2015 motor and 2015 PCM into a 2014? Don't know how the other components in the car dash, can bus, etc would talk to the 2015 PCM (if they even need to)
