Wierd noise on shut down (repost)

I originally posted this in "Exhaust" but I'm not to sure it's exhaust related so here it goes again

I started getting this wierd sound when I shut the car down. It's hard to describe, but it kinda sounds like my lawn mower does when it runs out of gas. Kinda like a car cough? WTH is it doing that?

my car does the same thing do u have an intake on your car?...cuz i think it mite be the engine sucking in some air as the motor is coming to a stop...

I have a JLT CAI. I've had the JLT for about 4 months know and the noise just started about 2 weeks ago.
