Widest tires on a 1990 gt?

what would be the widest tire i could fit in the back on a 1990 convertible gt? the 225's are like rubber bands =(

they would need to go on the stock cyclones :coolman: going for that...its stock untill you get on it kinda look.

225 is the widest that I show in a 15" for the stock wheels 15x7. You might be able to fit a wider 235.60.15 but you would have to test fit they would be taller and wider than your stock tires. BFG Drag 235.60.15
